Colorful Cocktails Inspired by Pantone's Colors of the Year

Pantone has been naming a color of the year for over 20 years now, starting in 2000 — a year when the world clicked into the future in a single moment. Every year, we're inspired by Pantone's choices that make our world that much more vibrant, and we're bringing those colors to you in drink form. We've come up with an array of colorful cocktails to match Pantone's colors of the year for the past several years. 

Ingredients

• 1½ ounces vanilla vodka
• 1 ounce peach nectar
• ¾ ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
• ¾ ounce orange liqueur
• Ice
• Peach wedge and golden raspberries for garnish

Instructions

1. In a cocktail shaker, add ice, vanilla vodka, peach nectar, lemon juice, and orange liqueur.
2. Shake to chill.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. 
4. Garnish with peach wedges and golden raspberries.

Ingredients

• 1½ ounces vodka
• ¾ ounce pomegranate juice
• ½ ounce prickly pear syrup
• Ice
• Prosecco to top off
• Lime wheel for garnish

Instructions

1. Chill a martini glass or coupe.
2. In a cocktail shaker, add ice, vodka, pomegranate juice, and prickly pear syrup.
3. Shake to chill.
4. Strain into the chilled glass.
5. Top off with prosecco.
6. Garnish with a lime wheel. 

Ingredients

• 1½ ounces gin
• ¾ ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
• ½ ounce pear liqueur
• ¼ ounce crème de violette
• Ice
• Lemon ribbon for garnish

Instructions

1. Chill a martini glass or coupe.
2. In a cocktail shaker, add ice, gin, lemon juice, pear liqueur, and crème de violette.
3. Shake to chill.
4. Strain into the chilled glass.
5. Garnish with a lemon ribbon.

Ingredients

• 2 ounces coconut rum
• 3 ounces pineapple juice
• ¾ ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
• ¾ ounce falernum
• Crushed ice
• Pineapple leaf for garnish

Instructions

1. In a cocktail shaker, add ice, rum, pineapple juice, lime juice, and falernum.
2. Shake to chill.
3. Strain into a highball glass over crushed ice.
4. Garnish with a pineapple leaf.

• 1½ ounces blueberry-infused vodka
• 2 ounces limeade
• ¾ ounce blue curaçao
• Ice
• Blueberries for garnish

Instructions

1. In a cocktail shaker, add ice, blueberry vodka, limeade, and blue curaçao.
2. Shake to chill.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
4. Garnish with blueberries. 

Ingredients

• 2 ounces silver tequila
• 2 ounces grapefruit juice
• ¾ ounce freshly squeezed lime juice 
• ¾ ounce orange liqueur
• ½ ounce grenadine
• Ice
• Grapefruit slice and thyme sprig for garnish

Instructions

1. In a cocktail shaker, add ice, tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice, orange liqueur, and grenadine.
2. Shake to chill.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
4. Garnish with a grapefruit slice and thyme sprig.
