You know that sherry you walk past at the liquor store, wondering to yourself just what could you do with it? Well, turn right back around and grab a bottle. Fino sherry, amontillado, cream, or manzanilla, there's no wrong choice. It all depends on where you want to start!
Ingredients
- 1½ ounces sweet vermouth
- 1½ ounces fino sherry
- Ice
- Orange peel for garnish
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass.
- In a mixing glass, add ice, sweet vermouth, and sherry.
- Stir rapidly to chill.
- Strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with an orange peel.
