Few things in life are as personal, classic, and charming as iced tea. Summertime? Iced tea. Bridal shower? Iced tea. Brunch? Iced tea. Watching a movie at night? Iced tea, of course! The hardest part about enjoying iced tea is deciding whether you want to go fruity, sweet, or earthy. Life can be so difficult.
Ingredients
- 2 black tea bags
- 12 ounces boiling water
- ½ tablespoon sugar
- ½ ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Ice
- Lemon wheel for garnish
Instructions
- In a mug, add black tea bags, sugar, and boiling water.
- Stir briefly to mix.
- Allow the tea to steep for approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
- Remove and discard the tea bags.
- Stir again to make sure the sugar is fully dissolved.
- Allow to cool to room temperature.
- Place in the fridge until the tea cools completely.
- Once chilled, pour into a highball glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel.

- In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
- Add the raspberries.
- Reduce to simmer and allow to cook for five to ten minutes.
- Add the mixture to a fine strainer and press raspberries to draw out juice.
- Discard the berries.
- In a highball glass, add tea and raspberry juice.
- Stir together to mix.
- Garnish with raspberries and a mint sprig.

- ½ ounce freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice

Instructions
- In a resealable container, add water and green tea bags.
- Cover tightly and shake vigorously.
- Place in the refrigerator.
- After approximately six hours to overnight, shake the container again.
- Remove the tea bags.
- Pour into a highball glass over ice.
- Add lemon juice.
- Stir to mix.
- Garnish with a citrus wheel and mint sprig.
