Finding the best blackberry bush in the wild that the birds haven’t picked over yet isn’t our strong suit, but loving mocktails and making delicious nonalcoholic drinks is. And there are few things more soul-quenching than the flavors of blackberries or blackberry mocktails. Clean sheets and a new notebook are a close second, but without these blackberry mocktails? Not as awesome.
Ingredients
- ½ ounce blackberry simple syrup
- ½ ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
- ½ ounce nonalcoholic gin, optional
- Ice
- Sparkling white grape juice to top off
- Lemon twist for garnish, optional
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass.
- In a cocktail shaker, add ice, blackberry simple syrup, lemon juice, and, if desired, nonalcoholic gin.
- Shake to chill.
- Strain into the chilled glass.
- Top off with sparkling white grape juice.
- Garnish with a lemon twist, if desired.
