Ingredients
- 1 packet instant chocolate pudding, prepared
- 2 cups prepared whipped topping
- 1 cup marshmallow fluff
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- Chocolate shavings or chocolate chips for topping
Directions
- Prepare the pudding according to the package directions.
- Use a mixer on a low setting to combine the pudding, whipped topping, and marshmallow fluff.
- Fold in the mini marshmallows with a spatula.
- Add to a large bowl and chill for 2-4 hours.
- Top with more mini marshmallows and chocolate.
- Serve with graham crackers.

- ½ head romaine lettuce, shredded
- 2 cups shredded monteray jack cheese

Directions

- Spread the mixture evenly in a 9x9 baking dish.
- Next, layer on the beans, lettuce, cheese, and toppings.
- Chill overnight and serve with tortilla chips, tostadas, or corn chips.

- 1 small can green chiles, drained
- ¼ cup cotija cheese
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 4 tablespoons cilantro
- 1-3 jalapenos, sliced thinly

- ½ teaspoon salt
- Juice of 1 lime
Directions
- Heat the corn over medium high heat with a drizzle of oil. Cook until slightly browned then remove from the heat and place in a heat-safe bowl or small baking dish.
- Mix in the rest of your ingredients until well incorporated.
- Add extra cheese and cilantro on top.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
