herbs growing on a sunlit kitchen windowsill.

You should know a few things about me: I love fresh herbs, I love to cook, and nothing makes me lose my mind faster than spending $65 on a single sprig of fresh basil at the grocery store. Okay, so no, it's not that much, but paying for fresh herbs is insulting. To add to the insult, I could've just grown my own.

So now I do! I may not have a full roster of herbs ready to go all the time, but with a little planning, you can have an indoor herb garden with a theme that'll make your cooking pop in a big way.
