You should know a few things about me: I love fresh herbs, I love to cook, and nothing makes me lose my mind faster than spending $65 on a single sprig of fresh basil at the grocery store. Okay, so no, it's not that much, but paying for fresh herbs is insulting. To add to the insult, I could've just grown my own.
