
I love the practice of manifestation. It is something I've used successfully in my life for decades. To manifest the things you want in the most efficient way possible, it's necessary to raise your vibration so you become a magnet for those things you desire. Wondering how to raise your vibration for manifestation? We have 21 things you can try, all of which have worked for me at various points in my life.
- Sit comfortably either in a chair with your feet flat on the floor or on the ground in a comfortable position.
- Close your eyes and breathe deeply in through your nose and out through your mouth. Do this until you feel peaceful and relaxed.
- Now visualize a ball of light forming in your pelvis. See the light become a beam that extends downward through where you are in contact with the ground and reaching far into the center of the Earth.
- Visualize the light beam widening so it is slightly wider than you.
- See yourself stepping into this beam of light and riding it, like an elevator, all the way down to the center of the Earth. Allow the Earth energy to fill you entirely.
- When you're ready, ride back up in the beam again and into your body.
- Take a few additional deep breaths before you open your eyes.
- Sit or lie comfortably somewhere you won't be disturbed and close your eyes.
- Start by taking some slow, deep breaths into your stomach — in through your nose, and out through your mouth.
- When you feel peaceful and relaxed, visualize a light that appears above your body. It can take any shape, such as a sphere or a beam.
- Now, see the light move through your body, moving from head to toes. As it moves, imagine it's pulling out all negativity, pain, and other difficult emotions or feelings.
- Send that light out into the universe to release all the things it collected from you.
- Take a few more deep belly breaths.
- Now, visualize a new light. It may look the same as or different from the first one. This light contains high-vibrational healing energy.
- Allow the light to move through you, moving from head to toes and filling you with high vibrational healing energy.
- When the light is done, express your gratitude.
- Take a few more deep breaths, and open your eyes when you're ready.
- I give thanks that I have all I need to walk the path of greatest good.
- I am grateful that my energy is clear and my vibration is high.
- I am thankful that my high vibration magnetizes me so that all my desires flow to me.
- The blessings of the universe flow to me.
- Every day, I receive all that I need to walk my path, and for that I am grateful.
- I release all energy that no longer serves me.
A neurolinguistic programming technique (NLP) called anchoring can help you sustain and recall this feeling throughout the day. Once you've completed heart space activation and you're still in the heart space feeling all warm and loving, create a gesture you wouldn't normally make. For instance, I touch the tip of my left-hand middle finger to the tip of my left-hand thumb. Hold that gesture for a slow count of 20 and then release it. Now, throughout the day, you can use this gesture (just quickly touching the tip of your middle finger to the tip of your thumb, for instance) to bring back the heart space feeling.

The more negative media you can swap out for positive (including taking a social media break or unfollowing negative accounts and loading your feed up with life-affirming accounts... my Instagram feed is pretty much all adorable animals and nature photography), the better off you'll be and the higher your vibe will be.
- Sit comfortably and, if you can, close your eyes.
- Take a deep breath in through your nose, pulling all the air into your stomach, for a slow count of four.
- Hold for a count of four.
- Exhale through your mouth for a slow count of four.
- Hold for a full count of four.
- Repeat.
Do a few cycles of box breathing to calm stress and raise your vibe.
- Fill your bathtub with warm water and a quarter cup of sea salt or Himalayan pink salt.
- Add a few drops of rosemary or lavender essential oil.
- Soak in the tub, and as you do, visualize all of the negativity flowing from your body and into the water.
- When you're ready, remain in the tub and allow it to drain completely, seeing the negativity swirling down the drain.
- When the tub is drained, you can get out and dry off.

- Sit or lie comfortably with your eyes closed
- Picture the person you need to forgive.
- Notice the ties that hold you together as strands of energy stretching between you.
- Visualize a large pair of scissors cutting those energy strands, disconnecting you.
- Now, visualize each of you surrounded by white light as you affirm, "I release you and forgive you."
You may have to do this a lot in the beginning, but every time you do, it breaks those bonds of hurt holding you together and helps to raise your vibration a little more.
