Summer, winter, and every breezy or rainy day in between, there's no denying the magic of a cocktail with coconut water. So, yeah. Treat yourself and your health (we can pretend) with these spa, sun, and island-inspired coconut water cocktails. The "Treat Yo' Self" committee says so.
Ingredients
- 2 ounces silver rum
- 4 ounces coconut water
- ½ ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
- ¼ ounce demerara syrup
- Ice
- Lime wheel for garnish
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, add ice, rum, coconut water, lime juice, and demerara syrup.
- Shake to chill.
- Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with a lime wheel.
