But just because they're fancy doesn't mean tiki drinks need to be difficult to make. If you need a mini-vacation at home, you can use simple recipes to create easy tiki drinks that are just as delicious as their complicated counterparts.
Ingredients
- ¾ ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
- ¾ ounce ginger syrup
- 1½ ounces cachaça
- Ice
- Lime wedges for garnish
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the lime juice, ginger syrup, and cachaça. Add the ice and shake to chill.
- Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lime wedge.
