These brunch mocktails will brighten up any table, even if you're bruchin' on a Wednesday.
Ingredients
- 4 ounces coffee, chilled
- 2 ounces coconut OR oat milk
- 1½ ounces nonalcoholic whiskey OR ½ ounce cinnamon simple syrup
- 2 dashes chocolate bitters
- Ice
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, add ice, chilled coffee, milk, nonalcoholic bourbon, and bitters.
- Shake to chill.
- Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.

- 2 ounces nonalcoholic sparkling wine
- 1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
- ¼ ounce jalapeño simple syrup
- Ice
- Ginger beer to top off
- Lime wedge for garnish
