It's everybunny's favorite spring holiday: Easter! But what may not be ideal is a boozy Easter Sunday, or any other Easter celebration. From the shortest little cottontails to the big bunnies, you'll find an eggcellent Easter mocktail, so let's hop to it!
Ingredients
- 2 ounces white cranberry juice
- 1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 ounce cherry juice
- Ice
- Lemon-lime soda to top off
- Lemon wheel and mint sprig for garnish
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, add ice, white cranberry juice, lemon juice, and cherry juice.
- Shake to chill.
- Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
- Top off with lemon-lime soda.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel and mint sprig.
Ingredients
- 2 ounces pink lemonade
- ¾ ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
- ¾ ounce raspberry syrup
- Ice
- Vanilla seltzer to top off
- Lemon wheel for garnish
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, add ice, pink lemonade, lemon juice, and raspberry syrup.
- Shake to chill.
- Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice OR in a chilled coupe glass.
- Top off with vanilla seltzer.

- In a highball glass, add ice, grenadine, lime juice, and strawberry syrup.
- Stir to mix.
- Add lemon-lime soda and ginger ale.
- Garnish with a cherry.

- 1½ ounces freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 ounce raspberry syrup
- 2-3 fresh mint leaves
- 2-3 fresh raspberries
- Crushed ice
- Strawberry club soda to top off
- Raspberry for garnish
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, add crushed ice, rosemary simple syrup, lemon juice, raspberry syrup, mint leaves, and raspberries.
- Shake to chill.
- Pour, do not strain, into a highball glass.
- Fill the glass to the top with additional crushed ice.
- Top off with strawberry club soda.
- Garnish with a raspberry.
