Ingredients
- 1½ ounces white rum
- ¾ ounce orange liqueur
- ¾ ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
- ¾ ounce falernum syrup
- Pebble ice
- ½ ounce dark rum float
- Orange slice, cherry, and cocktail umbrella for garnish
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, add ice, rum, orange liqueur, lime juice, and falernum syrup.
- Shake to chill.
- Strain into a rocks glass over pebble ice.
- Slowly float dark rum by pouring over the back of a bar spoon.
- Do not stir.
- Garnish with an orange slice, cherry, and cocktail umbrella.
Ingredients
- 1½ ounces VSOP rum
- ½ ounce aged rum
- ½ ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
- ½ ounce freshly squeezed orange juice
- ½ ounce falernum syrup
- ½ ounce honey syrup
- ¼ once dram liqueur
- 1-3 dashes aromatic bitters
- Crushed ice
- Pineapple leaf, pineapple wedge, and cocktail cherry for garnish
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, add rums, juices, syrups, and bitters.
- Shake well to blend and chill.
- Strain into a rocks glass over crushed ice.
- Garnish with a pineapple leaf, pineapple wedge, and cocktail cherry, piercing together on a cocktail skewer.

- 3-4 dashes orange bitters
- 2-3 dashes aromatic bitters

- Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
